Descriptive Memory

Set on a valley with a breathtaking sea view, the Kasa do Future (Future House) is composed with 9 rooms, set on a 6.000m2 plots, with a 600m2 construction area. Benefits from a Carré Bleu swimming pool, tennis court and football field.

The concept of this work went through the appreciation of the Espaço Habitar (Living Space) in permanent dialogue with technology, the creation of a personal space, the respect for the environment, health and comfort, the process development based on sustainability, the implementation of new techniques and materials in the constructive component, and finally the meticulous management of all resources.
In addition to all these mottos the pool has an excellent sun exposure and has a spectacular view over the S. Lawrence beach.
