Descriptive Memory

Intervention type: Remodeling Outside Space
Pre-Existences: Tradition Carré Bleu Swimming pool (made a few years ago) and a small shed with barbecue. Garden with grass.

It was our client's intention to give a new look to his garden. He wanted to remodel his Carré Bleu pool as well as all its surrounding areas.
Near the house were a strait balcony and a stair access that connected the kitchen to the lawn area.

After several conversations with the client it was made a first preliminary study.
The balcony was lengthen, creating a new eating space with the possibility of being covered. It was made a new leaked staircase freeing up space for tidy and the engine room.
The lawn area has been replaced with clustered wooden pavement without maintenance in Tecnodeck.

The Carré Bleu pool built with the "Tradition" technique took on new lining in white reinforced PVC Lining. It was also installed some extra equipment: an automatic cover with rigid slates, heat pump and counter current swimming gadget.

The old shed was completely removed and in its place was built a flat cover with contemporary lines and covered with white rolled pebble. This new space was divided into 2 new areas: a dining area and a sitting area.
It was also made a barbecue area with a granite stand, a kitchen sink and a brushed stainless steel grill.

The lighting was divided in 3 types: ground lighting (built in the rolled pebble or on the deck), indirect wall lighting and ceiling lighting in the sitting and eating areas.
